30 minutes — one area
A short session works well when you want to focus on one area, such as your back or neck and shoulders. Agreeing on a priority helps make good use of the time without rushing.
60 minutes — more space
Consider this option when you want to combine several areas. Before starting, we agree on what matters most to you instead of trying to fit everything into one visit.
90 minutes — an unhurried session
A longer visit allows more time for the whole body and calm transitions between areas. It does not mean stronger pressure; intensity is agreed independently of duration.
